To support our customers in using our products and to strengthen our customer relationships, we are looking for YOU!

Your role at sovity

As a Working Student Customer Success Management you are a reliable point of contact for our customers. You stay in touch continuously, understand how our SaaS solution is used at their end and bring feedback and needs back into the team. You work closely with our Customer Success Managers as well as with sales and product development and learn B2B SaaS customer management from the ground up. Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer care & staying in touch: You stay in continuous contact with our customers, plan regular check-ins and are a reliable point of contact in day-to-day business.

  • Keeping an eye on satisfaction: You ask for satisfaction in a structured way, notice early when something is not working and make sure it lands internally.

  • Product feedback: You collect feedback from customer conversations, consolidate it and bring it to product development and sales.

  • Identifying and deriving needs: You listen, recognise new requirements and derive concrete ideas for extensions from them.

  • Onboarding & support: You support customers getting started with our SaaS solution and help with questions in day-to-day business.

  • Customer meetings: You join customer meetings, take care of preparation and follow-up and run your own conversations as you gain experience.

  • Documentation & CRM: You keep customer information in HubSpot clean and make the status of your accounts transparent.

What you bring

  • Studies: You are in an advanced stage of your studies (industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or comparable) and can support us for a longer period with around 16–20 hours per week.

  • First experience: You have already gained initial experience in customer-facing work – e.g. through an internship, a working student role or a side job in customer success, support, sales or consulting, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Communication skills & empathy: You build relationships quickly, listen carefully and understand the needs of your counterparts – in German and English.

  • Technical affinity: Software and data do not scare you and you can discuss technical topics with customers – prior knowledge of Catena-X or data spaces is a plus, but not a must.

  • Structure & ownership: You work in a structured way, document properly in the CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and drive your topics forward independently.

  • Solution orientation: You find pragmatic solutions and stay on it until your customer’s issue is resolved.

  • Team spirit: You are reliable, show initiative and enjoy working with different teams.
