Manually re-typing certificate data is the kind of task nobody enjoys – and it is exactly where small mistakes tend to happen. A missing digit, a mistyped date, a field copied from the wrong document. It is tedious when you are processing one certificate, and it becomes a real bottleneck when you are processing a hundred at once.
That's the problem Quintari AI is built to solve, and it is now live for the first time in Quintari.
Quintari AI is a general AI capability that can be enabled across Quintari. Today, its first application is part of the Company Certificate Management (CCM) module: when you upload certificates, including in bulk, the AI reads them and automatically fills in the corresponding fields for you.
Instead of opening each certificate and transcribing the details by hand, you upload your documents and let the AI do the first pass. You stay in control and can adjust before anything is published, but the heavy lifting of data entry is already done.
You can always choose whether you want to use Quintari AI or prefer a manual process.
The benefit is straightforward, but it adds up quickly:
Time saved at scale. For a handful of certificates, manual entry is manageable. For a bulk upload, it is a genuine game-changer – what used to take hours of typing now happens automatically.
Fewer entry errors, by default. Every manual entry is a chance for a small mistake to slip through. Your partners rely on the data you share with them being correct. Reducing that risk is not just a convenience. No more double-checking, no more rework due to manual errors.
Quintari AI is not a general-purpose AI bolted onto our platform. It is an in-house model built and fine-tuned by sovity specifically for how Quintari is used in practice – including the business scenarios our modules are built for, such as Catena-X use cases.
It also runs client-side, and how the data it processes is handled follows exactly what is defined in your contractual agreement with sovity. For sovity and our platform built around data sovereignty, that matters as much as the automation itself.
CCM is the first module in which Quintari AI is available. Further applications are already under development.
